TETSUBIN LODGE
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A conceptual lodge nestled in the snowy mountainscape of Niseko, Japan. Given a defined floorplan— the lobby, restaurant, catering office, and bedroom suites were designed with close attention to spatial flow, programmatic relationships, and user needs. Emphasis was placed on meeting space planning guidelines while creating a cohesive and immersive hospitality experience.
INPSIRATION
Informed by the stillness of the surrounding landscape and the quiet restraint of Japanese design, the project embraces simplicity, natural materials, and thoughtful spatial clarity. A grounding ethos of ‘quiet luxury’ serves as a guiding theme throughout, with thoughtful expressions of tranquility conveyed through materials, symmetry, and proportions.
